Fluffy Cat
What makes an animal “fluffy” to you? Is it a large amount of fur? Or maybe just a larger animal? To me something fluffy could be either. A fluffy stuffed animal doesn’t necessarily mean longer hair, it means soft and cuddly. The animals in the Fluffiest Friends stamp set all appear to be called fluffy because the are larger and look soft and cuddly. So far this month we have created cards with the fluffy bear, beaver, and rabbit. Today, we are making a card with the fluffy cat.
What makes a cat fluffy? I think in this case it’s the nice round body. If that is the definition, I think my parents’ cat could be called fluffy. My niece calls her “chunky.” The door to her house even had to be widened so she could still get in. Does that make her “fluffy”
What do you think?
Card Details
Want to use patterned paper, but don’t want to just put a solid card layer of paper down on your card front? I want to help you turn your crafting stress into success. Use a punch, die, or fussy cut shapes out of your paper to give interest and dimension to your card.
This card used the Heartfelt Hexagon Punch to cut shapes out of Just Kiddin’ Designer Series Paper to add fun shapes. Next, there are also hexagons punched from Basic White cardstock and stamped with the flowers from the Fluffiest Friends stamp set.
Finally, the fluffy cat is stamped, die cut, and added to a hexagon punch.
This card used Sale-A-Bration items Heartfelt Hellos stamp set for the sentiment and Just Kiddin’ DSP.
