Birthday Card with Gift Card Pocket

Not only was this a leap year so we got an extra day in February, it was a Thursday so we got five Thursdays this month. Five Thursdays means a bonus card making video with the featured stamp set of the month. It also usually means a fun fold. This month we have a bonus birthday card with a gift card pocket.

This was my big accomplishment on leap day this year. What about you? Did you feel like you had an extra day to get stuff done. Did you take it as a bonus day to just do whatever you wanted? Did you get extra rest and relaxation?

Card Details

Do you like to send cards with a fun surprise on the inside? That’s my favorite thing to do. The card looks nice enough on the outside, but then you open it and BAM!!! fun surprise.

Inside of blue card with w fold insert created with pink floral patterned paper. The first three sections of the paper have a blue rectangle which frames a furry friend. The final section is a pocket for a gift card and is decorated with a blue hexagon that says, "I hope your day is filled with joy" and has a purple balloon die.

The front of this card features soft colors with floral patterned paper and sweet birds in a nest with balloons wishing you a happy birthday. Then, open it up and find a surprise W fold insert with a gift card pocket on the right panel. All the other panels feature a sweet Fluffiest Friend coming to help you celebrate your birthday.
