Celebrate Hanukkah
One of the biggest winter celebrations is Christmas. In fact, it’s not even Halloween but many stores are getting us ready for Christmas. Today, I was in a store aisle with Halloween candy and decorations on one side and Christmas candy and decorations on the other. But, there are other winter celebrations! Today, let’s celebrate Hanukkah!
Hanukkah is a celebration of the rededication of the temple in Jerusalem. It celebrates the miracle of the oil that kept the menorah candles burning for eight days until more oil could be purified for use in the temple. It is a celebration and remembrance of God’s love and light.
What else do you celebrate in winter?

The Iconic Celebrations Suite has images that lend themselves to a Hanukkah celebration. The die frame for the snowflake stamp is the same shape as a Star of David. There are also patterned papers in the Iconic Celebrations Designer Series Paper pack with six point star images and a pattern covered in doves.
