Artistic Stripes for a Happy Birthday
The Designer Series Paper from Stampin’ Up! is so gorgeous and amazing that I find myself frequently designing cards around patterned paper. That is what happened with this card. The papers in the Artistry Blooms Designer Series Paper pack instantly add that artistic feel to your card.
And, probably my favorite thing about Stampin’ Up! is that the colors match exactly. So, if there is Night of Navy in the designer series paper, I know that the Night of Navy cardstock and ink will match perfectly. Same with the Granny Apple Green I used for the diecut sentiment. I don’t have to hunt for hours to find paper and ink that sort of match. I know they will match perfectly and make me look like an artist, even if I’m not. 🙂

You are right, this is fabulous paper and it works so well on a masculine card. I love that you kept to a blue and green color scheme, too. So glad you joined us at the Paper Players this week
