Colorful Celebration
I’ve been focusing on the Silhouette Scenes stamp set and Sweet Silhouette dies this month. While I was playing with all the stamps and dies in this set, I discovered that what I think is meant to be a dandelion or other weed? looks an awful lot like fireworks when the stem is cut off.
So, that it is what I turned them into for today’s card. The See a Silhouette Designer Series Paper makes gorgeous fireworks with a variety of bright, gorgeous colors. I added in one die cut out of sparkle glimmer paper to add extra shimmer in the fireworks show.
I learned a valuable lesson through this: when you are using a new stamp set or set of dies, you should play with every one and see if it sparks some extra creativity. You never know what might inspire a unique or unconventional use. I’d love to see what creative projects you come up with. Please share in the comments.

That was a clever idea to use the dandelion die to make fireworks. So fun! Thanks for joining us at SUO Challenges.
Thank you. I’m not sure why, but I just saw fireworks when looking at the dandelion die
