Cute Cat Rotating Wheel

My first thought when I created this card was that I was making a Halloween card. I chose Cute Halloween DSP and used the rotating wheel to show the different cat images from the Clever Cats stamp set. There’s even one hiding behind a Jack O’ Lantern.

So, I created the card with the rotating wheel and even added some touches of color to the patterned paper with Stampin’ Blends.

Then, I added the sentiment to the inside and suddenly realized this would be a perfect birthday card for a nine-year old. So, I guess this card is either a Halloween card OR a birthday card. Your choice.
