Card Details

Did you know that by using one piece of 5″ x 4″ piece of four different In Colors you can create color blocking cards to showcase the new In Colors?

  • First, cut at 2″ on the short side and 3″ on the long side.
  • Then, mix and match your pieces to create four card fronts.
  • Next, mix and match your cardstock pieces to make four different color blocked card fronts showing using all four colors.
  • Finally, glue your cardstock onto the fifth In Color cardbase to showcase all five new in colors.

Want to create a fun multi-colored strip for the inside of your card?

Pink inside of card with strip of alternating cardstock squares in dark blue, pink, orange, yellow, and light blue.

You could cut tiny squares and glue them down one at a time. OR, glue strips of each color vertically on a piece of white cardstock. Then cut horizontal strips across to have multicolored cardstock strips.

    1. Thanks. I wish I had taken a photo of all the different card color combinations before I mailed them to my customers, but I totally didn’t. Oops!

    1. Thanks Tammy. I’d say Secret Sea is my favorite, but I tend to use more Cloud Cover cardstock than anything.
