Row of Evergreens Christmas Card
Have you ever gotten discouraged?
Have you ever been so frustrated with life that you didn’t even want to create?
No inspiration?
Well, I was there.
Maybe it’s because my foot is taking longer to heal than I thought it would.
Maybe it’s because I have to sit with my foot elevated a lot and can’t be working in my office.
Maybe it’s because stamping live, in person with others is not happening as much as I thought it would.
Maybe it’s because I’m overwhelmed with the amount of stuff on my to do list.
Maybe it’s because I’m just tired.
Maybe it’s all of the above.
What about you?
Do you ever have times like that?
Yesterday, I received a complete surprise. I got a box in the mail full of unexpected gifts and surprises including the bundle I used on the card above. I almost immediately had an inspiration for this card. Thank you Diana for the inspiration and helping me find my mojo again. 🙂
It couldn’t come at a better time. The July-August 2021 Mini Catalog and August-September Sale-a-bration go live on August 3–which is next Tuesday!!! I will be having an online launch party August 3 & 4. Check out my Facebook page and look at events and join us if you want to party with me next week.

Angel, your card is lovely. A very creative use of the sketch. I love the monochrome colors. Thank you for joining us at the Paper Players this week.
Thanks Debbie
I have often felt the way you feel! I get overwhelmed just because I have so much stuff, I want to create ALL the time and life gets in my way, LOL! I am glad you were able to get some crafting done and make this pretty card! These trees seem to be quite popular with the sketch, but I love how you created the horizontal panel with them as well! Thanks for playing with our Paper Players sketch this week!
Thanks LeAnne. I think I would rather my life consisted of eat, sleep, and craft. But somehow other adulting tasks seem to take up a lot (too much) time. 🙂
What a lovely holiday card, Angel! I love how you used the trees for the strips…so creative! Thank you for playing in my sketch challenge at The Paper Players this week!
Thank you Ann. The minute I used the punch I couldn’t help but think about how perfect they would be for this sketch.
