#simplestamping for World Bee Day
I don’t know how you feel about bees. Do you love them? Do you consider then a nuisance? Are you a little bit afraid of them? No matter how you feel about them personally, the are super important to world ecosystems and helping flowers and crops grow–which you know adds beauty to our lives and feeds us. Plus, honey!
Bees are endangered and today has been named World Bee Day. How are you personally going to help the bee population? Are you ready to learn about beekeeeping and have your own hive? Do you want to plant flowers that bees love? Do you jjust want to maybe leave some dandelions in your yard to feed the bees? Whatever you choose, World Bee Day is a perfect time to put it into practice.
This card is #simplestamping using only stamps, ink, paper. The dandelions are colored in using blender pens. When thinking about the added polka dots for the Paper Players challenge this week, I realized the bees flying trail is made of polka dots and on the inside of the card, the dandelion puffs flying on the wind also have pokla dots. But, I wanted to add even more. So, I used a stamp from Brushed Blooms and added even more Crushed Curry dots around the dandelion garden. Maybe they are polka dots of pollen.

What a cute card, Angel! These bees are adorable, and I love the flight trails. I also love your educational post about the importance of bees. Thank you for sharing with The Paper Players this week!
Thanks Ann. The bees were what sold me on this set. I just knew I needed them and the flight trails stamp closed the deal for me.
I so agree with you about how important the bees are to our environment. Love hat you celebrated them on your card. Thanks so much for playing along with my CAS polka dot challenge over at The Paper Players!
Thanks Anne Marie.
