Card Details

Are you ready to start celebrating the change of seasons and recognizing spring is here or at least right around the corner? I want to help turn your crafting stress into success. Pick colors and symbols that represent spring to you and get started creating.

This card was created to fit inside a longer bill envelope. To create a card to fit into a specific envelope, measure the envelope. Then cut your cardstock about 1/2″ shorter than the envelope. When choosing width, measure 1/2″ less than the width of the card, take that number times 2 to get the measurement for the width of your cardstock. Then, fold the card in half width-wise to create your slimline card to fit in your envelope. This card was 8 1/2″ x 7″ and then folded to make an 8 1/2″ x 3 1/2″ card.

Want to color your flowers? Stamp them on white paper and color in using your favorite coloring tools: markers, colored pencils, water painters, ink blenders, crayons, pastels, etc.

Or choose a colored cardstock and heat emboss in white. Or cut out a floral image from the Designer Series Paper or Memories & More Cards and use that for your featured floral image.

Add flowers and bright colors to create your slimline spring card.
