Sunflower Wishes
I have been a bit obesessed with square cards this week, so the minute I saw the square as a space on #tttc125, I knew there would be another square card in my future. I have been making 4 1/4″ square cards. The cardbase is 4 1/4″ x 8 1/2″ folded in half and they still fit nicely in the regular sized card envelopes from Stampin’ Up!.
Stampin’ Up! does carry a 3″ square envelope which would be perfect for hand delivering a card. To mail a card through the USPS, itthe envelope must be a minimum 3 1/2″ x 5″. Square envelopes that fit the size requirements take extra postage. So, if you receive a square card from me, it will come in a rectangular envelope.
To add the touch of red for the Paper Players challenge this week, the sentiment is stamped in real red, there are red rhinestones,, and I couldn’t resist using some retired resin hearts.
