Video: Joy to the World

It’s the third week of June, so it’s time to create a Christmas card with the featured stamp set of the month. This month’s featured stamp set is Beautiful World. I immediately began thinking of Christmas Carols with “world” in the title. I decided to go with “Joy to the World,” but I knew I was in a bit of a pickle when trying to decide how to write “Joy.” I haven’t yet unpacked my retired stamp sets and I don’t get to see the new August-December Mini Catalog until next week.

So, how to stamp the world Joy? I turned to the Make a Difference Stamp Set and my Stamparatius. That’s what I love most about letter stamp sets. You can build words to make your stamps say whatever it is you want to say.

Using the Stamparatus makes it a lot simpler to line up the letters to create the word or saying of your choice.

I intentionally left a lot of white space on this card so I have time to see the new products coming in the August-December Mini Catalog and decide if any of them are perfect to use to finish this card.
