White on White

What says elegance to you? White on white immediately takes things up a notch. Think about brides. They are in a white dress which is beautiful and elegant in itself. But, add white lace, white pearls, layers of white materials, and you’ve just upped the elegance level.

This also works for black or black as well. And then, if you really want to up the elegance, add some pops of gold.

What screams elegance to you?

White on white card. White card with white embossed layer a focal point. Ephermera leaves going diagonally from corner to corner with sentiment circle in middle that says, "Miss you" and is surrounded by a floral wreath. Gold embellishments are added in corners and centers of flowers.

Want to create an elegant card? Choose to make it white on white with gold accents. Adding different texture and layers up the elegance game as well.

This ended up being a fairly #simplestamping card to make. The embossed card layer was already embossed. And it and the ephemera pieces were already cut out and ready to go. The leaves already had a touch of gold on them and the circular wreath was the perfect size to fit around the white circle that I stamped the sentiment on.

Probably, the most difficult part of this card was adding the gold embellishments. But if you used a different adhesive backed embellishment, the entire process would be super simple.
