Wood You Be Mine?
Valentine’s Day. How could I possibly use February’s featured stamp set and not make a Valentine’s Day card? Good thing the Fluffiest Friends stamp set includes a fluffy beaver holding a heart made with sticks. Perfect for Valentine’s Day, especially with the sentiment “Wood you Be Mine?”
Card Details
This week’s card takes the ideas from a previous Valentine I had created and uses the same elements but just turns it horizontal.
Did you know you can do that? See a sketch you like but want to change it up and make it either vertical or horizontal? Just flip it on it’s side and start creating.
This card added the beaver dam. This is the bird’s nest from the Fluffiest Friends bundle. I had never considered it anything other than a bird’s nest, but I saw another demonstrator use it this way and “mind blown” I knew it was a perfect addition to the beaver Valentine.
Don’t just flip your sketch on it’s side or upside down. You can do the same with stamps and dies. There is no limit to what you can create.
