Do you have any favorite go-tos when you’re crafting? When I was creating this card I used a few of my favorites: color, technique, tool, and product.

Do you feel stressed and want to do some crafting to relax, but are afraid you will leave even more stressed out? I want to help you turn your crafting stress into success.

Choose your favorites and start creating with things you love. That should automatically help provide some relaxation.

I chose purple (Fresh Freesia) for the card base both because it matched the patterned paper and because purple is my favorite color. Creating with purple automatically brings a sense of relaxation.

Cutting the patterned paper layer in half and flipping one half over allows me to showcase both sides of the paper on the same card.

Heat embossing has been my favorite technique since the very first time I created cards. No matter what I learn or how many new techniques I’m exposed to, heat embossing remains at the top.
