Anniversary Celebration

Anniversary card made with Simply Elegant Designer Series Paper featuring a variety of patterns and metallic touches. This patterned paper seems very art deco to me. The gold foil design of the card layer especially gives me the art deco feel which automatically leads to a feeling of elegance. The added swirls of patterns created by cutting circles in half and arranging them around a center sentiment panel adds even more to the celebratory feeling.

To add even more to the feeling of celebration, the sentiment is heat embossed with copper embossing powder. We are celebrating your day–whether that is an anniversary, birthday, graduation, retirement, wedding, some other accomplishment–whatever the reason to celebrate. Let’s celebrate with an elegant card with touches of different types of metallic foil.

I made this card for SUO challenge #291: Celebration. I chose to create a card to celebrate you–your day. I made my card for an anniversary celebration. You could use the same design to celebrate a birthday, graduation, promotion, college acceptance, personal accomplishment, etc. You could just be celebrating the beginning of a new year. Please join us for SUOC291 with your own celebration card. SUOC291 will be open until January 2, 2022.
