Natural Beauty
What is it that takes your breath away? What stops you in your tracks and makes you pause? What are the most gorgeous things in the world have in common? Natural beauty.
Before you argue, let’s think about this for a minute. When you see a gorgeous human, what makes them gorgeous–make-up? clothes? haircut? I think it’s a natural beauty that is maybe accented by those other things. It’s been my experience that without a natural glow that comes from inside, it doesn’t matter what the outside looks like.
What other kinds of natural beauty take your breath away?
- Sunsets/Sunrises
- Stars
- Meteors
- Trees
- Flowers
- Animals
- Bodies of water
- Mountains
- Canyons
I have not yet seen a human invention that took my breath away. But it has happened plenty of times in nature. What about you?
Card Details
Before I started this card, I knew I wanted to have a piece of patterned paper with a die cut tree as the top layer. And, I knew I wanted another piece of the Lights Aglow paper behind it to provide the decoration for the tree. But, I wasn’t sure which pattern I was going to use.
There are so many great options in that paper pack, but I finally narrowed it down to this one. I imagine stars and streaks of light coming out of the sky and wrapping and evergreen tree with natural beauty. What do you imagine?
Here are some of the other paper patterns I thought about using:

I agree that beauty comes in many forms, but natural is certainly the best! Your pretty card shows off that paper as well as the lovely diecut! Thanks for sharing this with us at the Players this week!
