The third week of the month generally brings a video of a Christmas card made with my featured stamp set of the month. This month, we are featuring Christmas Lights stamp set and making Christmas cards all month. So, this third week, I thought I’d feature a non-Christmas card. Introducing . . . a winter birthday card. 🙂

For the Global Design Project weekly challenge I changed up the colors and made some other slight adjustments to have it work for the challenge.
