An Apple a Day
An apple a day keeps the doctor away. At least, that’s what I’ve been told. I don’t know if things really work that way, but hey it cant hurt. And, if one apple is good, maybe three are better. 🙂
Apples is what I first thought of when I saw the colors for the Global Design Project this week. Could be because Harvest Hellos is my featured stamp set for the month. I know it’s true that when you think about something, you start seeing it everywhere. But, I think these colors would probably have made me think about apples anyway. :)\
Speaking of the concept that what you think of you will see, what have you been thinking of. Are you filling your mind with complaints and negativity? Or are you looking for blessings, good things, and positivity? I would recommend starting each day with positivity. Start each day on a good note and when negativity, fear, etc, enter your mind throughout the day make a conscious effort to look for the good and give thanks. Then, end your day giving thanks for the blessings and positiity throughout the day and fall asleep with good thoughts in your mind.
PSA–Don’t watch Criminal Minds right before bed. You’ll be solving cases and profiling criminals all night in your dreams.
