Video: Happy Autism Acceptance Day

April is Autism Acceptance Month and April 2 is Autism Acceptance Day so that is what I decided to focus on for the Facebook LIVE video today. My autistic daughter chose the stamp I was going to use for the card today.

Although at this house we do not #lightitupblue, but #redinstead, this card ended up in shades of blue because I was trying to emulate the sky.

Here is the finished card and I even added a couple extra details on the finished square with the flying pig. I added clouds so there is no doubt this pig is flying high into the sky. And, I added a little Wink of Stella to the pig’s wings to add some sparkle.

In honor of Autism Acceptance Day, take a moment to celebrate those in your life who set their minds to fly high and accomplish their dreams.
