Cards You Want to Have on Hand
There are times when I enjoy making specific cards for specific people. When I need a card for a birthday, graduation, weddings, retirement, new babies, etc. it is fun to create something with the recipient in mind.
Sometimes, I want to create just for creation’s sake. Sometimes I need the time and space to relax and get my mind off of the craziness around me and onto the positive creation of art. I love being inspired to try new techniques or play with new products. And sometimes when I’m done with a card, I look at it and know immediately who I made it for.
There are two types of cards I think want to have on hand at all times–get well and sympathy. I don’t know about you, but when I need one of those types of cards, the trauma of the situation means I always have the time or creative energy to create a specific card. It’s always good to have some on hand so no matter your reaction to trauma, you can send a get well or sympathy card when needed.

I know what you mean. When the trauma hits I go blank. So I too go with it when inspiration hits. Lovely card! Thanks for joining the Paper Craft Crew this week!
Thanks Jan
