Christmas Caroling

Christmas time comes with Christmas music. Carols on the radio, in all the stores, in churches, school concerts, everywhere you go. There are even opportunities for Christmas caroling in your neighborhoods, long tern care centers, hospitals, etc.

What about you? Do you love Christmas music? Do you wait (im)patiently each year until you start hearing Christmas music everywhere you go? Or do you sneak a little Christmas music into your life all year long? Or do you try your best to avoid Christmas music as much as possible?

Have you ever been Christmas caroling? Where do you go? One of my favorite Christmas memories growing up was caroling with my church each year. We would visit the hospital, long term care center and homes of church members. My favorite stops would invite us in for hot chocolate and Christmas cookies. 🙂 Guess it wasn’t ALL about the music.

Do you have any Christmas caroling stories to share? What is your favorite Christmas carol?

Pink card with two rectangles of patterned paper on card. A green patterned one is angled behind one with a snowy woodland scene with a fawn. Music notes are stamped in the woods and there is a die cut turtle singing with a microphone. Sentiment label says "joy."

You can use any stamp set you have and create a card for any occasion.

When I think Christmas, I think Christmas carols. Using one of the zoo crew featuring music was the perfect fit. The turtle has gone Christmas caroling in the woods. His fellow creatures are watching intently, enjoying the show.

More items will be released to the Stampin’ Up! Online Exclusives section of the store July 6. The paper used for this card is one of the products that will be released in July. 1. Christmas in July (close enough) I do love Christmas – my favorite carol is Carol of the Bells. This is quite a unique idea for a Christmas card, definitely creative and original, don’t see very many singing turtles on Christmas cards. Well done. Thanks for joining us at CC&S
