Comfort and Hope
I have needed a lot of sympathy or encouragement cards especially this last year. I’ve even run out of sympathy cards more than once this year. So, every now and again, I make some more sympathy cards to keep my stash stocked up. I seem to find myself drawn to trees or other symbols of the natural world for sympathy/encouragement cards.
I used products that are retiring soon to create this card. The tree is from the Sweet Silhouettes dies. I cut out two trees–one in Soft Suede and One with Pear Pizzazz. I fussy cut the leaves off the Soft Suede tree and adhered it on top of the Pear Pizzazz tree so that you can see the Soft Suede trunk and branches with the Pear Pizzazz leaves.

Love this, Angel – great piecing with that die! Thanks so much for playing at Fab Friday!
Thanks Heather.
I always think this is such a lovely sentiment for a sympathy card Angel and you are wise to always have one on hand as these cards are always so difficult to make on demand. Thanks for playing along over at TicTacToe and The Paper Players this week!
Thanks Joanne. Sure glad I had one on hand. I found out today I needed another sympathy card. Sure glad I had one ready. You’re right that they are difficult to make on demand.
Very pretty! Thanks so much for joining us this week over at The Paper Players!
Thanks Anne Marie
