Dahlia Fold Flowers for Every Season

The Flowers for Every Season Designer Series Paper already has amazing floral designs. But, when I learned about the Dahlia Fold, I thought it would be the perfect patterned paper to use.

I think I was absolutely right and pairing it with the Magenta Madness cardstock and 2020-2022 In Color Designer Series Paper was the perfect final touch.

Here are the staps I used to create the Dahlia Fold. I found them on Pinterest.

Step 1: Cut out eight 1 3/4″ circles and one 2″ circle

Step 2: Fold all circles in half and then half again (to create four equal parts)

Step 3: Open circle and fold edges of bottom two 1/4ths up slightly.

Step 4: Turn circle over leaving edges turned in

Step 5: Fold both edges in to center of circle.

Step 6: Glue “petals” to 2″ circle starting each one at the center

Step 7: Add Dahlia Fold to card and finish decorating card and envelope.
