When you’re feeling rough and worn out and don’t want to think about the snow storm in the forecast, what can you do? Dream of a relaxing island paradise.
Dream of fresh, juicy pineapple, swaying island leaves, and the bright crisp colors all around of sky and sea. And, if you can’t get there in real life, you can go there is your imagination. Close your eyes and create that island paradise in your mind and if you don’t have access to fresh, juicy pineapple, treat yourself to pineapple flavored something or even fresh or frozen pineapple chunks or juice and imagine you are on a relaxing tropical island.
I may have to turn up the heat in my house to make this illusion believable while the ice and snow are swirling outside my window.
