New Patterned Paper

Any time Stampin’ Up! releases a new catalog, one of the first things I am looking for is their new patterned paper. Those Designer Series papers are always so beautiful and I feel like such an artist using these gorgeous papers for my cards.

What about you? Do you prefer to paint or draw the images yourself starting with a blank piece of paper? OR do you like to use patterned papers already created for you?

Maybe you can freehand draw or paint gorgeous images for yourself. But, even if you can, do you always have the needed time when you need a card? I know I don’t.
