Pile of Tools

Do you or anyone in your house have pile of tools? I think everyone who lives in my house has their own pile of tools. Some might be like the tools pictured on this card. Or they could be a whole other set of tools for a different hobby/use.

Types of Piles of Tools

  • Woodworking
  • Leather Crafts
  • Sewing/Quilting
  • Knitting/Crocheting
  • Papercrafting
  • Baking/Cooking
  • Painting/Drawing
  • Sports of any kind
  • Writing
  • Adaptive Equipment

What else can you think of that might create a pile of tools? I don’t know about you, but my pile of tools never ends up looking quite as neat as the pile on this card.

Red card with lots of layers. Black full size layers topped by patterned paper with tops of screws and nuts. Topped by strips of patterned paper featuring screwdrivers and hammers. Topped with a circular saw blade, hammer, and wrench. Sentiment label says, "You're the most awesome."

Card Details

Do you want to create a focal point with interest, but don’t have a lot of supplies or embellishments? Try layering different colors and patterns of paper. I want to help you turn your crafting stress into success.

Finding coordinating patterns and colors of cardstock is not stressful for me at all when using Stampin’ Up!® products. Choose one pack of Designer Series Paper for your card. The patterns will coordinate and all the colors used in the pack are listed on it’s packaging. Just use that information to choose cardstock and inks that will coordinate perfectly.

This card was created using patterns from the Trusty Tools DSP pack and finding cardstock and inks that coordinated perfectly. The circular saw blade was fussy cut from the paper and the hammer and wrench were stamped with coordinating ink colors and then die cut to add to the card front.
