Raining Hearts
This is a perfect Valentine card for your forever love. The couple from the Silhouette Scenes stamp set was heat embossed using Shimmer Black Stampin’ Emboss Powder. That leaves the silhouette shimmering with rainbow colors.
While the couple is standing under an umbrella, there are hearts (love) raining down. The hearts are stamped from the Forever Lovely stamp set and the heart dies cut from the Be Mine Dies Set.
