Ready to Try Stamping?
Last week I asked if you were scared of stamping? Today, my question is: Are you ready to try stamping? Have you overcome your fear or are you still scared and ready to try it anyway?
Helpful Hints
- Don’t rock your stamp on the ink pad.
- Put it straight down. Tap, tap, tap. And lift it straight up.
- Check your stamp before stamping on paper to see if it needs more ink or you need to wipe ink of the edges before stamping.
- Don’t rock your stamp on the paper. Straight down and straight back up.
- Cut dies or punch out images after you have stamped them.
- Always remember paper has two dies. Turn it over and stamp again if you need to.
- Never glue down your paper before you’ve stamped on it. You just might need to turn it over.
Anybody else have some great stamping tips?
