Time for Gift Giving

The time for gift giving is upon us. Have you given much thought to the gifts you are giving this year? What about how you are presenting them?

Finding the perfect gift for the people on your list is always a fun thing to do. But, finding the perfect way to wrap that gift is even better.

A gift wrapped with a personal touch shows an extra level of love and appreciation. Knowing someone took the time and effort needed to wrap a gift specifically for you, with your likes and interests in mind, should make you feel special–love, appreciated, seen.

Make it your goal this year to spend an extra moment thinking about your gift presentation. A well thought out gift is great. But, making that extra effort on wrapping/presentation is next level.

Project Details

This project started with a Stars Treat Bag from Stampin’ Up! Those bags are white with cut out stars so they can be decorated and used for any occasion.

To turn this into a Christmas treat bag, I used some Christmas themed products.

First, Cut a piece of patterned paper printed with stars to fit inside the bag so it will show through the star cut outs. Next, add christmas tree dies to the bottom of the bag and trim them to fit.

Stamp a Christmas tag with a sentiment and trees on one side and a “to: From:” on the other. Finally, run the tag through the ribbon and tie the bag closed.
