Under the Sea Scene
I have had so much fun playing with the Whale of a Time Suite. Today’s card is yet another way I’ve built another under water sea life scene. The under water scene on this card starts with a watercolor wash and stamped bubbles. Then, DSP is placed on top with extra fish stamped into the scene and a whale punched from another pattern of DSP and punched out with the Whale Builder punch.
To add a final touch of sparkle and bling, rhinestones were added to represent sparkling bubbles in the water.
