Video: Sunflower Thank You
It has been a week around here. Please tell me I’m not the only one. Sometimes days feel like weeks, weeks feel like months, and months feel like year. Many days I have no idea what day of the week or time of day it really is at the moment.
Other times, it feels like I’ve blinked and months or years have passed. I can’t believe it is September already. Isn’t it still March? And, how do I suddenly have a child old enough to move out and get her own place? When did that happen?
Well, it happened this week and High School also started on a Hybrid schedule this week as well. That means 2 days at the brick and mortar builing and three days online at home (2 of which I have to keep track of what he’s doing in which subjects and for how long and turn in a report daily). AAAUUUUGGGHHHH!!! Anyone else want to run away or hide under the covers?
Well, needless to say, creating has been on the back burner this week. But, I did get a card created yesterday and even filmed my Facebook LIVE for the week. I woke up yesterday with another card idea in my head, but couldn’t find the dies I needed. Does that ever happen to you? Looks like an office overhaul is in my near future.
Here is the video of this week’s card.
This card worked well for The Paper Players Challenge of the week. I made several tic, tae, toes and with the addition of the Colored Dots it made even one more and added just that something extra this card needed.
Tic Tac Toes made with bottom row (die cut, thank you, wood), middle and left columns (metallic, embossing, thank you and patterned paper, gems/dots, wood), and one diagonal (die cut, embossing, patterned paper)

We all have weeks like that Angel, believe me – especially with the ‘new normal’ that Covid has left us with. Glad you found some time to create this week – it’s good for your sanity! – and those sunny sunflowers are beautiful. You almost maxed out on our Tic Tac Toe board this week! Thanks for sharing with us over at The Paper Players!
Thanks Joannne. Creating must have done me good. My creativity just keeps flowing. 🙂
