Signs of Fall

These are starting to happen around here.

What about you?

Card Details

Have you ever wanted to add multiple colors to one stamp, but don’t want to color in the image after it’s stamped? I want to help turn your crafting stress into success. Try the markering technique and color directly on your stamp.

Steps to create this multi-colored tree:

  • Use various Stampin’ Write markers to color directly on rubber stamp.
  • Breathe on stamp to activate ink.
  • Stamp onto paper.
  • Cut out stamped tree with die cut frame.
  • Add to card front.

You will see in the video that I originally tried to add color by using dies. You can definitely do that do. Paper piecing is another great way to add multiple colors. But, it was not quite the look I was going for. The markering technique wins the day for me.

All Stampin’ Write markers are retiring and are now in the Last Chance Products section of the store. So, if you want some Stampin’ Write markers, make sure you get them sooner rather than later.
