Celebrating the Graduate
Time is flying by. It’s hard for me to believe it is already mid-April. That means my son graduates from high school in less than a month. WHAT!!! How is that possible? Most of my time right now, including crafting, is focused on celebrating the graduate.
Card Details
I am generally more of a one and done kind of person when it comes to papercrafting. I consider my cards individual works of art. But, when your child is having a party and you need dozens of invitations, multiples is the way to go.
I used the Stamparatus to make quick work of stamping multiples. Knowing where to set up the paper in the exact same place each time, made it simple to use one stamp on all the invitations before switching stamps and doing it all over again with the next one. It felt a bit like an assembly line.
- Line up bottom of cardstock with Stampin’ Up! image on Stamparatus
- Lay stamp where it goes on cardstock and then pick it up with Stamparatus plate.
- Apply ink to stamp
- Stamp on cardstock
- Remove cardstock and place new piece in same place
- Reink stamp and stamp on cardstock
- Repeat as many times as you need
When you have all the invitations stamped with the same image, you start back at the beginning of the list with a new stamp and do it all over again.
This invitation took four stamps. 🙂
