Cute Halloween Critters
It is officially Halloween season and time to create some Halloween cards. I am not now, nor have I ever been interested in the gorey, bloody, scarey part of Halloween. But, I do enjoy the cute costumes, black cats, pumpkins, and candy. I have to admit candy corn is definitely not my favorite, but it makes a cute stamp.
The first time I saw the Cute Halloween Suite, I knew I needed to have it in my collection of Stampin’ Up! products. This cute ghost is exactly the shape and way I have been creating ghosts for quite a while. I frequently turn paisley shapes into ghostly images. 🙂
The color I added to the black and white for the Global Design Project Challenge this week was Pumpkin Pie. Those seemed like great colors for a Halloween card–black, white, and pumpkin pie.
If you’re looking for cute Halloween characters this year, look now further. There is also a cute skull and bat that are not featured on this card but I’m sure I will be using at some point. So stay tuned, I’m sure between now and Halloween you will get to see projects I’ve made with those characters as well. And, don’t forget these are CUTE characters, no scarey, bloody, or gorey. 🙂

This is the cutest Halloween card I’ve ever seen! It makes such a fun take on the sketch. Thanks so much for playing along with us at Freshly Made Sketches this week.
Thanks Cecile. I like to keep Halloween cute. 🙂
