Express Love
What are they ways you express love? Do you say the words, “I love you” and assume people will just trust your words. Do you try to show it by doing something nice for others? Or buying a gift? Do you try to show love without ever saying the words?
The Five Love Languages
Gary Chapman has written several books about the five love languages. The love languages are:
- Quality Time
- Acts of Service
- Receiving Gifts
- Words of Affirmation
- Physical Touch
When you want to express love, do you try to figure out what your partners love language is? Do you try to express love in a way they will feel loved? Or do you only express love the way you want to receive love?
