Fall Leaves of Encouragement
I am loving the color challenges this time of year. These are my favorite colors and color combinations.
This card makes me think of one of my favorite books I used during therapy, “The Fall of Freddie the Leaf: by Leo Buscaglia. This is an amazing story about life and death and is perfect for discussing the circle of life with children (or really anyone). Freddie is a brand new leaf who has never before experienced autumn and how he learns about what is happening from an older leaf as the seasons are changing.
This card is a perfect representation of that story to me and the sentiment quote by A. A. Milne is a perfect reminder that no matter what life brings we are brave, strong, smart, and loved enough to handle whatever comes our way.
