Fun Fold Thank you Card

Our Stampin’ Up!® only challenge this week was to use one single stamp. When you have paper as gorgeous as this, it really stands alone. You don’t need much else to create a beautiful card. One single sentiment is all you need. Why not really showcase this paper. Let’s make a fun fold thank you card.

Purple thank you card with patterned paper front with blues and purple sky. There is a line of blue trees. Sentiment says "thank you" and is decorated with white and blue pearls.

Don’t have a lot of stamps or the stamps you think you need? I want to help you turn your crafting stress into success. Make patterned paper the star of your card.

The scene I chose for this card feels very peaceful and calm to me. I think the impressionistic, watercolor looks has a tendency to evoke a feeling of calm. Stampin’ Up!® currently has three different Designer Series Paper packs that have a very similar tone to their design. Impressionistic, watercolor look of very different scenes. Check out the Meandering Meadows DSP, Splendid Autumn DSP, and this one Thoughtful Journey DSP. Which one is your favorite? I couldn’t pick.

Open card with second panel of patterned paper showing scene of blue and purple sky with forest of dark blue trees.
Make sure you head over to CAS Colours & Sketches #544 and PCC586 to see the inspiration cards by the design teams and other creative entries.
This card was made for Stampin’ Up! Only Challenge 360: Use just ONE stamp! I only used a thank you sentiment stamp on a card featuring patterned paper. What ONE stamp will you use? Share your card with us at SUOC360. This challenge will remain open through Sunday, September 22. Join us at SUOC360.
