European Adventure

When I looked at the Just Add Ink Challenge for this week, this was the card I designed in my head. I knew it would have a map cut into tiles with the faux suede trim at the bottom of the card along with the “adventure” sentiment die cut out of brass foil. I had never thought through what would actually be on the map.

Imagine my surprise and delight when the piece of DSP I picked up to use was actually a map of my favorite part of Europe. (or at least my favorite that I’ve had a chance to visit so far.) My favorite part of Europe was Austria and the Swiss Alps. I cannot wait until it might be time for oversea adventuring again. In the meantime, I dream and adventure in my mind and through reading and watching media.
