Ice Cream Birthday

Nothing says summer birthday like ice cream.  And, the Ice Cream Shop Designer Series Paper has such fun colors and patterns for both backgrounds and to use with the Ice Creaam Builder punch.  I love being able to punch out a waffle cone that already has the pattern on it.  J

Plus I heard today that a mega heat dome is effecting most of the United States the week east of the Rocky Mountains including where I an  I think ice cream is definitely in my near future.

What is your go-to way to keep cool in the heat of the summer?

Ice cream is definitely one of my favs.  I sure miss hearing the ice cream truck song coming down the street while kids of all ages (including kids at heart) run out the door with dollars in their hands to get the latest cool, refreshing treat.

But, I would say my go=to summer treat are frozen drinks like Coke, Dr. Pepper, Lemonade or frozen fruit bars.  My favorite flavor is Pineapple.

The heat of the summer will find me sitting in the air conditioning with my hair up, enjoying a frozen treat, with a fan blowing directly on me, dreaming about the ice cream man brining a treat directly to my door.  J
