Paper Pumpkin Alternative

I know spring is officially a few weeks away, but it certainly feels springlike around here today. Of course, I live in Kansas where the saying, “If you don’t like the weather, wait five minutes.” is most definitely true. There was a possibility of snow a couple of days ago, now it feels like time to pack our coats away for the year. Even Paper Pumpkin has spring in mind. The springlike feel made me ready to create a spring Paper Pumpkin alternative.

What is the first sign of spring to you?

Card Details

Every Paper Pumpkin kit is has different projects inside. Often, when a card base is printed on both front and back, I will cut them in half and use a coordinating piece of cardstock for the card base.

That means each card could potentially create two more–doubling the projects available in your Paper Pumpkin kit.

This card used a Thick Basic White Cardstock base and then took parts of both the front and back of the 4 1/4″ x 5 1/2″ card that was in this month’s Paper Pumpkin: Sweet Springtime.

The sentiment and circle punch were the only parts added to the front of this card that were not part of the Paper Pumpkin kit. Even the bunny stamped on the inside came from the stamp set included with this month’s Paper Pumpkin.
