Pink Roses

Double sided Designer Series Paper is perfect when you want to use two complementary patterns on a card. I chose to use the Magneta Madness Roses and the pattern on the otherside of the same paper was perfect for this card.

I loved the pink roses so much I wanted to do a bit of research on their meaning. I know different colored roses mean different things. What I didn’t realize was that different shades of pink roses can have different meanings as well.

According to https://www.proflowers.com/blog/history-and-meaning-of-pink-roses pink roses have the following meaning.

Dark Pink Roses: If you want to express appreciation, gratitude, or to say thank you.
Medium Pink Roses: If you have a first love, want to congratulate someone or want to cheer up a friend who’s grieving or healing.
Light Pink Roses: If you want to show gentleness and admiration.

So what do you think? Are these rose dark or medium pink?

Make sure you head over to FMS 439 and WWC275 to see the inspiration cards by the design teams and other creative entries.

    1. Thanks Narelle. I find myself gravitating toward the Magenta Madness more than I thought I would. It’s such a vibrant shade of pink.
