All Things New
When thinking about the theme “Something New” a gamut of ideas ran through my brain. But, I finally landed on creating something that makes me think of Spring. Probably my favorite thing about Spring is that it is all about newness–new growth, new buds on trees, new shoots of grass on lawns, new babies of all species,new flowers. After a time of winter dormancy, it’s time for new–maybe even new hopes and dreams.
I also decided to try a new to me fun fold card–the teepee card. It really was a lot of fun–so expect to see more of those on my blog and maybe even in class sometime.
This card is truly a fun fold. I had a great time creating it and can’t wait to continue making more teepee cards with different papers and stamps. To make your teepee card you will need:
- 3 squares of cardstock 4″ x 4″
- 1 square Whisper White 3 3/4″ x 3 3/4″
- 1 square Designer Series Paper 3 3/4″ x 3 3/4″
