Christmas Colors
Christmas is coming. We are about a couple of weeks away from the last quarter of the year. We have entered the first “ber” month of 2022. I made a Christmas card today. But, I am not quite ready to pull out traditional Christmas colors.
When you think of Christmas, what colors do you think about? Red and green have always been what I consider traditional Christmas colors. My favorite Christmas color combination is navy blue and silver.
Today, I didn’t choose either one. Today was a pink and purple day. Have you ever seen a purple tree? I don’t know if I ever had. I’m thinking probably so when looking at artificial Christmas trees, but I can’t actually remember.
I know I’ve seen natural green evergreens with purple ornaments. You can decorate your Christmas tree with whatever colors you choose.
Card Details
My pink and purple Christmas card starts with a purple card base with a pink layer of patterned paper with white starburts.
Next, there are two 3 1/4″ x 2″ askew rectangles. One is cut from the Hues of Happiness Designer Series Paper. The other is white with die cut Christmas trees.
Finally, the sentiment rectangle is added as the final layer with more die cut trees added to the rectangle.
The inside of the card has even more small stamped trees and strings of Christmas lights.

Thanks Jen. Purple is my favorite color so it only made sense to have a purple Christmas tree.
