Attitude of Gratitude

The Thanksgiving holiday will be here soon. The concept of giving thanks is being discussed all over social media this month. Most of us are at least thinking about the blessing in our lives during this month. Most of us have an attitude of gratitude during November.

Let’s keep our attitude of gratitude even past Thanksgiving. Is it hard? YES. It’s so much easier to let the negative thoughts creep in.

Negative = attention getting and attention seeking
Negative = newsworthy

It’s hard work to look for the blessings around you when you are bombarded with the trauma and negativity of the world. But, there are blessings to be found.

It’s hard work, but it’s worth it.

Stay positive
Intentionally push negative thoughts away
Look for the good in every situation
Give thanks
