Fall Tag

This week’s Stampin’ Up! only challenge was to create something with our favorite product from the Stampin’ Up! September-December 2023 Mini Catalog. There are so many great products in that catalog. But, my absolute favorite is the Autumn Leaves Suite. So, I created a card using products from that suite featuring a fall tag as the focal point.

This week we are all focusing on gratitude a bit. We are all trying to live with a grateful heart. But, what if we tried to live that way year round.

That is the focus of an event happening in my Angel Stamps VIP Facebook group right now. There are four of us hopping into each other’s Facebook groups sharing about that very thing. How do you keep a grateful heart and maintain your attitude of gratitude all year?

Here are some tips I share:

  • Slow down
  • Be intentional
  • Look for the blessings
  • Write them down
  • Express your thanks
  • Always look for at least one small thing to be grateful for no matter how terrifying the world seems

One of the ways I keep a focus on gratitude is by creating cards–thank you cards, thinking of you, cards that showcase things I am grateful for. Then, share these card with others to express your gratitude. I need to get better at actually sending cards. But, baby steps, right?

Card Details

This card showcases my favorite products from the Stampin’ Up! September-December 2023 Mini Catalog. It also showcases my favorite thing about fall–the colorful leaves.

The background paper showcases a huge grove of trees all decked out in their various autumn colors.

Inside of card with small strip of patterned paper of colored trees along bottom and small maple leaf die at top right.

Next, a long rectangular tag is the focal point of the card. It is covered with gorgeous stamped and diecut leaves from the Autumn Leaves Bundle.

I even got a diecut mini maple leaf in my favorite Oxidized Copper on the inside of this card.

I hope this encourages you to keep a grateful heart year round, not just at Thanksgiving time.
