Purple Ink, Paper, and Pearls

If I have the chance to focus on purple elements for my card, I’m going to grab it. I tend to gravitate toward the dark shades, but this card uses the lighter purple shades and I think they are perfect for a spring card. This card was created for SUOC275–Hydrangea Haven Color Challenge. I chose to focus on the purples in that challege with a flower in Misty Moonlight and some Old Olive Leaves.

I fussy cut the Hydrangeas for this card from the Hydrangea Hill Designer Series Paper You could also stamp and either fussy cut or diecut the hydrangeas using the Hydrangea Haven stamp set and Hydrangea Dies.

I know Mother’s Day is over for this year, but as I look at this card, I think it would make a fun Mother’s Day card as well, or birthday, or congratulations, or really just anything.
