#simplestamping Father’s Day card

This is the time of year we start celebrating lots of special people in our lives. Moms, Dads, & Grads to name a few. It always helps to create some simple cards when you have a lot of people to celebrate. Let’s make a #simplestamping Father’s Day card.

Blue Father's Day Card with front layer of patterned paper with different shades of ble. Three gears are stamped in a row with silver metallic gems. Sentiment stamped at the bottom right of front of card saying "Happy Father's Day"

Card Details

Want to extend your Paper Pumpkin kit and make more cards with the products included? Or don’t like the designs and want to do something different? I want to help you turn your crafting stress into success. Combine products from your Paper Pumpkin kit with other stamps and supplies you have to make a unique card.

If you chose to use regular envelopes and not the ones included in the kit, you could still make all 9 cards as designed and make this card without using anything you need for the original cards.

Cut one of the patterned envelopes to make a layer for your card front. Then, stamp directly onto that layer. The Stampin’ Positioner made lining up the gears in a row so easy. If you look at the insert in your Paper Pumpkin kit to see which colors coordinate, it’s even simpler to choose the ink and card base you will use.

Need a Father’s Day card for a Dad who likes tinkering, gears, steampunk, working on cars, etc more than fishing at the lake? Use the Gears & Textures stamp set with the Father’s Day stamp from April 2026 Paper Pumpkin: Lakeside Retreat to make a unique Father’s Day card for a unique guy.
